Returned Merchandise Authorization

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days,subject to a return authorization from RemonStore.
All exchanged or returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled out), and accessories.

Please do not tape or write anything on the item or packaging.

RemonStore will charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on, or taped-on contents or cartons.

RemonStore reserves the right to refuse any such returns.

- 15 day limit on the return of camcorders, digital cameras, TV's, computers,

computer accessories and sunglasses.
-No returns on opened computer software, video games or gaming systems.

-Opened items or damaged manufacture boxes will be charged a minimum 10% restocking fee.

Return Of Defective Items

RemonStore allows you to return defective merchandise within 15 days of your purchase date. You may choose a full-credit product exchange or a full credit by the same means payment was made. Refund or exchange issued for amount of merchandise only. Please include a detailed written description of the defect and how to replicate the problem. Opened merchandise found to be non-defective will be subject to a minimum 15 percent restocking fee. Additional fees may be assessed for missing hardware. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
